A good captain always protects his teammates.

I was beyond ecstatic when I saw the news. These first round playoff series have been great entertainment, but I miss the Blackhawks so damn much. Of course I would prefer to watch Kane and the Cat lead the Hawks to a Stanley Cup run in May, but this is the next best thing. I hope these two channel their frustration about missing the playoffs into a dominant performance for the stars and stripes.

Team USA will begin play on May 10th against the host country. Let’s go.
