Jrue Holiday: The Future Bull?

Jrue did have himself a hell of a year in 2018, but does that warrant trading the seventh pick from last year’s NBA draft?

As I sit and read this I am truly shocked. Would the Bulls truly move on from Wendell Carter Jr. for Jrue Holiday? Crazier things have happened in the NBA and this I know, but really? Jrue Holiday? It just doesn’t make sense with all of the point guard talents in the 2019 NBA draft and, you know, Derrick Rose hitting free agency.

WCJ is the perfect complement to Lauri Markkanen down in the post and with WCJ losing much of last season due to injury, Bulls fans did not get to see them grow together. The Bulls do have a gaping hole at the point guard position considering Kris Dunn has not worked out thus far, but this seems to be a rash decision. Only time will tell what the Bulls decide to do, but I truly hope they consider every avenue before trading a defensive stud like Wendell Carter Jr. With the likes of Ja Morant, Darius Garland, and Coby White waiting in the NBA Draft, this seems like a boneheaded move.
