Kirby Dach, the Blackhawks 2019 third overall pick, exited this morning’s seventh-place game at the Traverse City Prospect Tournament after taking a big hit along the boards during the first period.
Dach went straight to the Blackhawks locker room after the hit by Darian Pilon resulted in a boarding penalty. Dach will not return to the game as a precautionary measure. The shoulder injury is reportedly not believed to be serious.
