Ryan Cordell slashed .221/.290/.355 in 97 games with the White Sox, while Ryan Goins slashed .250/.333/.347 in 52 games. Matt Skole slashed .208/.275/.236 in 27 games, and Manny Banuelos accumulated a 6.93 ERA in 16 games.
I could see the White Sox bringing Cordell back for outfield depth, but the other three should be long gone. We will always have the Matt Skole game-tying hit in Philadelphia, and Manny Banuelos being Jordan Luplow’s personal batting practice pitcher.
The White Sox will continue to outright players so they can make room for free agents, minor leaguers, and potential trade acquisitions on their 40-man roster.
