This weekend, a very impactful Illini football recruit will visit Champaign-Urbana. Four-star defensive end Travion Ford is the #81 overall recruit in the 2021 class, per Jeremy Werner of 247 Sports:

Perhaps the Illini have motivated him by winning their past two games, one of which came against a ranked Wisconsin team with a +3500 closed Moneyline.
