Detroit Pistons guard and Chicago native Derrick Rose wouldn’t rule out a potential return to the Chicago Bulls.
D Rose signed a two-year, $15 million deal with the Detroit Pistons on July 6, 2019. A potential reunion with the Bulls was an idea flirted with this past offseason. Fans want to see D Rose return to Chicago, and why wouldn’t they?
In the last two years, Derrick has seemed to embrace his role and find ways to help his team win. A bit of a career resurgence occurred last season in Minnesota when Rose averaged 18 PPG while shooting a career-high 37% from deep.
It would be a great story to see the youngest MVP in NBA history and hometown hero return to the squad at some point in the future. Who knows if it will happen, but if it does? The United Center would be raucous as soon as he entered the game.
