Roquan Smith to Miss the Remainder of Tonight’s Game vs. Dallas

In an absolute must-win game for Chicago, this is certainly not good news.

The Bears entered Thursday’s matchup against the Dallas Cowboys already missing Prince Amukamara, Danny Trevathan and Akiem Hicks on defense. They are now without inside linebacker Roquan Smith, as he exited the game with a pectoral injury.

In an absolute must-win game for Chicago, this is certainly not good news. The Bears’ depth on defense will now be tested, as they will be without four starters. Kevin-Pierre Lewis will fill in for the injured Bear.

Smith had been regaining some of last year’s good play, as he had two sacks and 15 tackles last week against the Detroit Lions. The defense will be put to the test, as their leader is now on the sideline. This is a tough blow all around.
