Guys, it’s been a few days, so let’s gamble! We have a few games going tonight, and I’m going to be incredibly biased for one of them. I don’t care. Let’s get cookin’.
Michigan State (-10) vs. Illinois
My Fighting Illini venture out on the road to face the Spartans. Michigan State isn’t what everyone expected with no Josh Langford for the season. That’s unfortunate. The potential national player of the year, Cassius Winston, may return tonight for the Spartans, but I think the Illini match up perfectly with this team. In fact, I think the Illini have an advantage down low. This is a conference game, and I can see Kofi Cockburn crushing the post tonight. That’s it. Illini might win outright.
Pick: Illinois +10
LaSalle vs. Dayton (-10.5)
It’s an incredibly public pick to go with the ranked team against LaSalle. I mean, who is actually going to choose LaSalle? No one. It doesn’t matter. Dayton will fly by this number. Take the Flyers.
Pick: Dayton -10.5
Washington (-8.5) vs. UCLA
This year’s edition of UCLA basketball isn’t a Bruins team of old. Isaiah Stewart is going to run through this defense. It won’t even be close. Unless Jalen Hill runs the block for UCLA, they’re toast. Washington will be fine. If UCLA gets into any sort of foul trouble, this could be a 20-point game.
Pick: Washington -8.5
That’s it, folks. Let’s win some money.
