
After the injury news about Wendell Carter Jr. came out yesterday, K.C. Johnson of NBC Sports Chicago filled in Bulls fans on Otto Porter Jr. as well. The Chicago Bulls re-evaluated Otto Porter, and there has still been no progress toward resuming basketball activities.
As one can imagine, this has been a true burden for the Chicago Bulls. The team has no size at the small forward position with Otto out and Chandler Hutchison missing a fair amount of time this season as well.
OPJ’s foot injury has not stopped him though. He is still staying in great shape by dancing away in the clubs of Chicago.
Whatever the issue is, hopefully he can come back sooner rather than later. Otto brings solid wing defense and can shoot the three at a consistent clip.

Obviously, they need help at the wing, but that can’t be the only help they need, right? LaVine, Lauri, and Wendell man three of the five starting spots. Satoransky is solid at the point, and Coby was just drafted in the lottery to eventually replace him in the starting lineup. Daniel Gafford and Kris Dunn can provide great energy off of the bench, and Thaddeus Young’s leadership and solid play with the second unit can’t be overlooked.
