The blows just keep coming for the Chicago Bulls’ young roster. Chicago Bulls’ rookie and the seventh overall pick in 2019’s NBA Draft, Coby White, was not selected to participate in the NBA Rising Stars Game at All-Star Weekend.
There is a possibility Coby can squeeze in as an injury replacement, but that still remains to be seen at this point. White has been a spark at times off the Bulls bench but has struggled to make any real impact this season.
Bulls’ center Wendell Carter Jr. made the squad, but due to an ankle injury, he will not be participating. Zion Williamson was named as his replacement.

In just around 24 minutes per game, Coby is averaging 11.1 PPG, 2.1 APG, and 3.4 RPG while shooting 37% from the field and 34% from downtown. After the news broke last night about Zach LaVine missing out on the All-Star Game, this has to be another blow to Bulls fans who were hoping to see their rookie shine in the Rising Stars Game.
This article will be updated if Coby makes it as a replacement player.
