All three players mentioned in the injury report were spotted by media members on the Camelback Ranch backfields during the first workout session for White Sox pitchers and catchers today.
As Scott Merkin pointed out, Grandal felt good enough to catch a side session today, while Gonzalez and Giolito were among the crowd. As far as timelines go, Hahn mentioned that all three players will be ready for Opening Day and these ailments should only affect the first week of Spring Training games. The White Sox Spring Training schedule gets underway on Saturday, February 22nd when they host the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim at Camelback Ranch.
