College Basketball Bets – 2/15/20
Three bets to warm you up on this Saturday of college hoops action.
The last week has been a series of bad beat after bad beat. It’s been uncharacteristically unlucky, but we proceed on because we’re degenerates and we can shake a loss after a few hours.
Oklahoma State vs. Texas Tech (-3.5)
Jahmi’us Ramsey is one of the best players in the Big 12. The last time Oklahoma State matched up with Texas Tech, Tech beat them by 35. I know this game is now on the road, but I don’t expect the story to be that much different.
Pick: Texas Tech -3.5
Kansas (-11) vs. Oklahoma
Again, we’re handicapping a Big 12 matchup. Kansas beat Oklahoma on the road by 14. They move home and since they don’t have Silvio De Sousa, that’s supposed to be worth like seven points? No. Kansas should cover this number. I’ll keep everyone posted on Twitter because you may be able to get an even better number.
Pick: Kansas -11
Michigan State (-7) vs. Maryland
These are probably the best two teams in the Big Ten. Each has beaten the Illini in heartbreakers over the past week. Michigan State did not look good down the stretch. Maryland did, however, even if the Illini shot poorly. That said, I think this is a good, recent indication that this should give us a couple of points in favor of Maryland on the opening line. Take the Terps.
Pick: Maryland +7
