After wins against Nebraska, Northwestern, and Indiana this past week, Illinois basketball has re-entered the AP Top 25 poll.

After a four-game losing streak from February 2nd to February 15th knocked them out of the top 25 for a few weeks, the Illini’s current four-game winning streak has put them right back in the mix at number 23. Illinois currently holds third place in the Big Ten standings as they look to remain in a position for a double-bye when the Big Ten Tournament gets underway next weekend. Brad Underwood’s squad will close out the regular season with matchups at Ohio State on Thursday and back home against Iowa on Sunday.
