Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson Test Positive for Coronavirus

As things hurtle into mass hysteria, we’ve lost the captain of our ship. Tom Hanks, aka Sully, aka Captain Phillips, and his wife have tested positive for COVID-19 aka Coronavirus.

It has been a whirlwind day with news hitting the sports world left and right about the impact the Coronavirus be it no fans at the NCAA March Madness tournament (be real, that’s getting canceled 10,000%) or the suspension of the NBA season.

All that has overshadowed a bit of extremely important pop culture news: Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson have confirmed that they have contracted COVID-19. Recover quickly, my Bosom Buddies buddies.

They are currently down in Australia, and I can only hope that my top boys Chillinit and Wombat are safe. Lemme know if that last sentence doesn’t make sense, I’ll set you straight.
