Amidst coronavirus concerns, the Blackhawks have canceled their annual convention.

The event was originally scheduled to take place from July 24th through the 26th at the Hilton Chicago. The team has announced that refunds for hotel rooms and convention passes will automatically be refunded at the point of purchase.

Though unsurprising, the cancellation of Blackhawks Convention further demonstrates the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic and its effects on the sports world.
