The NFL draft went all the way to the 12th pick before the first wide receiver in an absolutely stacked class was picked. Henry Ruggs III was drafted by the Las Vegas Raiders and gives them some much-needed speed in their weaponry.
Ruggs spent his three college years playing for the Alabama Crimson Tide and was one of the most dangerous receivers in college football.

Ruggs is set to fit in nicely in Las Vegas and should see a heavy share of targets this upcoming season. His fantasy stock is quite high for a rookie receiver and in your draft, he could easily go as high as the the first through the third round.
