The White Sox have announced their taxi squad roster. These players will be stationed in Schaumburg in case of injury or illness during the COVID-19 shortened season.

The players include Zack Burdi, Ryan Burr, Matt Foster, Brady Lail, Alex McRae, Bryan Mitchell, Jonathan Stiever, Garrett Crochet, Bernardo Flores, Jr., Jacob Lindgren, Adalberto Mejia, Bennett Sousa, Seby Zavala, Micker Adolfo, Luis Gonzalez, and Blake Rutherford.

Some notable names included in the list are 2020 first-round draft pick, Garrett Crochet, and outfield prospects Micker Adolfo and Blake Rutherford. Fans shouldn’t be shocked to see a number of these players make their way to the field given the unprecedented circumstances surrounding the 2020 season.
