In a season that will likely be played without fans for the full length of the 60-game season, the Cubs are finding a way to say thanks to their season ticket holders.

Its nice to see the Cubs taking care of those who help fund the team year in and year out. The Cubs have found a way to thank their season ticket holders.

The real question is what will happen with the home run balls that end up in the Budweiser Bleachers? Are they going to be auctioned off for charity? If so, that would be pretty cool.

One cool thing I saw when reading Jesse Rogers’ tweet was a season ticket holder asking if the balls could be donated to children in the hospital. What a neat thing it would be for some of these season ticket holders to turn around and make a kids day?

The Cubs return to action on Friday night to open the 2020 season against the Milwaukee Brewers. First pitch is scheduled for 6:05 p.m. CDT.
