How many times do Bulls fans have to see this headline? It’s honestly getting to a point where the excitement around the team when Arturas Karnisovas and company were brought on has completely worn off.
According to Joe Cowley of the Chicago Sun-Times, the Bulls are strapped for cash and have to retain Jimbo and the rest of his staff. You see, AK and new GM Marc Eversley thought they had control and had the power to make decisions but that just isn’t the case here. They will take a back seat to the all-mighty dollar.
A franchise worth $3.2 billion dollars using this as a damn excuse to employ the worst head coach in the league is downright sickening. Jim Boylen will not be a draw for potential free-agents and won’t be able to get the best out of the players he has due to incompetence.
This article can go on and on, but we all know in BullsNation that this is more of the same. What a blown opportunity for this franchise.
