The latest news coming hot-off-the-press at Halas Hall today informs us that Chicago Bears’ cornerback Artie Burns has reportedly torn his ACL.
Obviously, this means Burns would likely miss the entire 2020-21 season, leaving the Bears with a gaping hole in the secondary.
Burns was taking reps with the first team and was likely to start in the secondary. However, it now seems that Kevin Toliver will slide back into the role and take on all the incumbent responsibilities.
