REPORT: Bears to Sign RB Lamar Miller

The Chicago Bears are expected to sign veteran running back Lamar Miller to help fill the void that Tarik Cohen’s season-ending injury created.

The Chicago Bears are expected to sign RB Lamar Miller to the practice squad, per Tom Pelissero of NFL Network.

The signing would add a veteran presence and depth to the Bears’ running back room after Tarik Cohen was lost for the season due to a torn ACL.

Miller, 29, is coming off an ACL injury that he suffered during preseason action last year.


The RB is entering his eighth year in the league. He previously spent four seasons with the Dolphins and three years with the Texans. He even had a brief stint with the Patriots in 2020 but was released before the start of the season.
