Fantasy Football Week 10 Waiver Wire Additions
With several fantasy football-relevant players on byes in Week 10, you might have to find some pinch starts this week on the waiver wire.
Looking ahead to Week 10 of NFL action, four teams are on bye: Chiefs, Cowboys, Falcons, and Jets. There are several fantasy-relevant players on three of these teams, so you might have to find some pinch starts this week on the waiver wire. I’ll be honest, this week seems to be pretty thin on the waivers, but here’s my list of priority adds this week.
The Eagles rookie wideout might be rostered in your league already, but check to see if he was dropped because he was on bye this past week. Jalen Reagor is an explosive playmaker and Carson Wentz will be looking to him more often as they get on the same page.
Additionally, check to see if Dallas Goedert is on your waivers. He had a disappointing Week 8 and then was on bye this week, so it’s possible he made his way to waivers.
The Houston RB notched 20 touches this week when starter David Johnson left the game early due to a concussion. If David Johnson misses this upcoming week against the Browns, I would be starting Duke Johnson as a likely RB2 in his absence. You definitely need to monitor the David Johnson injury throughout the week, however.
Coming out of the bye week, it’s worth noting that Rams’ RB Darrell Henderson left early in their previous game against the Dolphins in Week 8. It’s currently unclear if Henderson will be ready to go in Week 10. If he doesn’t suit up this weekend, expect Malcolm Brown and Cam Akers to split the workload. Akers would likely see more of the receiving work, as he possesses the more explosive ability, making him my priority in the backfield.
