Hopefully Week 9 was a success for everyone. There were plenty of interesting games last weekend. Now we are on to Week 10 where we have a few more perfect fantasy games and a few to stay away from as well, unless you want to take a shot in the dark type play. Enjoy the weekend and get ready for this weekend’s Sunday main slate!
Lock: Aaron Rodgers (FD:$8.4K/DK:$7.9K) – Everyone else will be paying up for some of the other QB options this week. But, Rodgers has had a very good season this year with only one bad game. Now, he has a very good matchup against a bottom tier passing defense. This one could get ugly, but that will not matter for him. He should be able to go for around 290 passing yards and three passing touchdowns. He could sneak a rushing touchdown in there too.
Value: Jared Goff (FD:$7.4K/DK:$6.5K) – This match up is hard not to attack. The Seahawks defense has been the worst this season against the passing game. Goff is not always the best, but when he has a good match up, he will deliver. This is the perfect game for him to have over 280 passing yards and three touchdowns.
Lock: James Robinson (FD:$7.3K/DK:$6.6K) – Over the last two games, Robinson has 20+ rushing attempts and some targets in the pass game to go with it. Well, the Packers are the worst rushing defense in the league this season. Do not let the fact that the Jaguars will be down in this one scare you away. He should see a total of 25+ touches with 110 yards and a score on Sunday.
Value: Antonio Gibson (FD:$6.1K/DK:$5.6K) – A date with the Detroit Lions plays into Gibson’s favor. They are near the bottom of the league against the run game. The only issue is that the Washington Football Team will give him tons of carries one game, and then only a few the next. But, if you stick to the trend, this week he is due for a 20+ touch game. He should be able to find the end zone in this one as well.
Lock: Davante Adams (FD:$9.5K/DK:$9.0K) – Allen Lazard seems like he will still be out this week, so all the targets should go to one man. The Jaguars defense is not going to stop him this week. He will see his normal 12 targets and at least score once, if not twice. He should be able to get over 120 total yards. Even at this price, it is too cheap, and he is the top WR on the slate.
Value: John Brown (FD:$5.6K/DK:$5.3K) – Revenge game! Sometimes it is fun to stick with the narrative. Last week was a very big game for him against a terrible Seahawks team. This week, they are currently set to be one of the highest point games on the slate. That should mean plenty of work for Brown. Everyone will be looking at Stefon Diggs and Cole Beasley this week, likely forgetting about the former Cardinal.
Lock: T.J. Hockenson (FD:$6.2K/DK:$5.1K) – First off, keep an eye on his health going into this game. He missed practice on Thursday and was limited Friday with a toe injury, but the team believes he will play. Over the last few weeks his targets have been very consistent. With this game, he becomes more useful with Kenny Golladay out. He will see an increase in targets this week and should break 80 receiving yards, along with a score in this one.
Value: Tyler Higbee (FD:$5.2K/DK:$3.7K) – Someone has been really quiet since week two of the season, his name is Tyler Higbee. This is a perfect time to wake up and play a huge role against a Seahawks defense that can not stop the passing attack if their lives depended on it. Everyone else will be looking at the wide receivers in this game, I recommend you change it up a little and run with the Rams “star” tight end. This will be another high scoring game that should help Higbee have more chances at at the end zone.
#CrackUm Player Of The Week
Michael Thomas (FD:$8.5K/DK:$7.4K) – It has been a very interesting season for the Saints star wide receiver. He just returned last week and played fine, but his numbers weren’t overly flashy. However, he was targeted six times and caught five of those balls for 51 yards. That is promising, and he faces a 49ers team that has been beat up all season and is still hurting.
Thomas is fully back and healthy now, so what can you expect in this game? Look back to last season when he torched this 49ers defense, who at that time, were better than they are now. In this game, he will finish with 10 catches, around 100 yards, and a touchdown. It could be even more than that.
