Bears Bets Breakdown: Prop Bets for Bears at Packers
Breaking down 4 prop bets to place during the Bears vs. Packers Week 12 Sunday Night Football matchup.
The heated rivalry between the Green Bay Packers and the Chicago Bears takes place tonight. The Bears need to win in order to remain in contention for first place in the NFC North. Green Bay holds that ground with a 7-3 record and looks to overcome the upset at home. Here are some bets to place while you watch Sunday Night Football.
Jamaal Williams O/U 23.5 Rushing Yards
Jamaal Williams saw an uptick in action when he split rushing duties with Aaron Jones against Houston and Minnesota. He has crossed this threshold four times out of the last five games. The Bears will zero in on Jones, forcing Marr LaFleur and the Green Bay offense to default to Williams or throwing the ball. Since this number is quite low and Williams should get at least five touches, this is a no-brainer against the league-average Bears rush defense.
Pick: Jamaal Williams Over 23.5 Yards
Allen Robinson O/U 66.5 Receiving Yards
The Bears benched Mitchell Trubisky on September 27th for Nick Foles. In those three September games, Robinson had 31 targets, eclipsing the 66.5-yard threshold in two of the three games. Robinson is Trubisky’s favorite target. Mitch may have the propensity to miss the target every now and then, but A-Rob will go up and catch the ball if it is in his vicinity. This should be a pretty reliable bet for possibly the most underrated receiver in the NFL. Grab it while you can.
Pick: Allen Robinson Over 66.5 Yards
Aaron Rodgers O/U 1.5 Pass TDs
Rodgers has reached this mark in every game but one this season. Now, the Bears have a fantastic pass defense, but if this game is remotely close down the stretch, Rodgers will keep the ball in the air. Davante Adams is a key target, so it helps having an elite receiver, but Rodgers should eclipse this number fairly easily.
Pick: Aaron Rodgers Over 1.5 Pass TDs (-166)
Value Pick: Mitchell Trubisky +700 Rush TD
Trubisky could prove to be a nice decoy in the red zone. Running the ball is the main advantage he has over Nick Foles. If he cannot find a target, and the Bears are marching, it may be worth it to throw whatever leftover scratch you have from the week on Trubisky running one in at +700.
Pick: Mitch Trubisky Rush TD +700
