During the Chicago Bulls vs. Los Angeles Lakers game on Friday night, arguably the best player in the league took notice of Chicago Bulls’ rookie, Patrick Williams. LeBron even took the time after the game to praise the young forward.

The rookie was tasked with guarding LeBron James throughout the game and nothing came easy for the veteran. Williams used his length to disrupt LeBron on multiple occasions and was able to hold his own against arguably the best in the game.

It’s early in his young career, but Patrick Williams has a very high ceiling. Once his offensive talents start developing with time, watch out. He can already get to his spots on the floor, but with consistent playing time and development, he’s only going to improve. As LeBron said, the Chicago Bulls got a good one.
