College basketball season is in full swing as in-conference battles continue across the country. March is quickly approaching, however, and the NCAA has announced dates for the 2021 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament.
The most significant change to the slate is the timing of the round of 64, as it will not begin on a Thursday this year. Instead, those games will take place on Friday, March 18th, and Saturday, March 19th, which moves the second round to the following Sunday and Monday.
It is a strange move by the NCAA to change the scheduling, but any March Madness is better than no March Madness. As previously reported, all 2021 NCAA Tournament games will take place in Indiana.
