The Chicago Wolves 2021 schedule is officially here. It will be an abbreviated 30-game slate featuring only Central Division opponents.
The schedule consists of ten games against the Grand Rapids Griffins, eight against the Iowa Wild and Rockford IceHogs, and four against the Cleveland Monsters. The Texas Stars will also be in the division but the Wolves will not play them this year.

All home games will be at the Wolves training facility, Triphahn Ice Arena, in Hoffman Estates. Fans will not be allowed to attend games due to COVID-19 protocols, but they can purchase cardboard cut-outs. All Wolves games will be available on AHLTV.

The Wolves came into September with a new affiliate team in the Carolina Hurricanes, who used to be affiliated with the Charlotte Checkers. The Checkers were the last Calder Cup winner (2018-19). Last month, the Wolves announced they were partnering with the Predators for just this season as well because the Milwaukee Admirals — Nashville’s typical affiliate — are not playing this year.
The Wolves roster is stacked with prospect talent from each NHL affiliate, making them a juggernaut in the Central. Hopefully this talent will translate on the ice and lead the Wolves to their fourth straight Central Division title.
