After a seven-point week, Patrick Kane earned the NHL’s Second Star of the Week honors.

The Blackhawks’ star winger notched two goals and dished five assists over three games spanning from February 1-7.

Kane began his award-winning week by lighting the lamp in a shootout loss vs. the Hurricanes on Tuesday night.

In Thursday night’s rematch vs. Carolina, Kane showed out with one goal and three helpers in a 6-4 win to close out the Blackhawks’ homestand.

On Sunday afternoon in Dallas, Kane assisted on both Hawks’ goals, including this nifty feed on a give-and-go play to set up Alex DeBrincat’s overtime winner.

Kane’s efforts helped the Blackhawks record five out of a possible six points in the standings. His 17 points (six goals, 11 assists) through 13 games lead all Hawks skaters.
