According to Rob Schaefer of NBC Sports Chicago, Nikola Vucevic was a full go in this morning’s Chicago Bulls practice. Vucevic missed the Bulls last two games due to a hip injury, and both contests resulted in losses.
Since joining the Chicago Bulls, Vucevic has averaged, 22.3 PPG, 10.9 RPG, and 3.6 APG while shooting 49% from the field and 42% from downtown. The Bulls currently sit four games back of a play-in spot for the NBA Playoffs. While Vucevic has missed time, the team has also been without NBA All-Star Zach LaVine.
Ever since the Bulls acquired Vucevic at the trade deadline, it’s been a rocky road. He has only been able to play with LaVine in ten games so far. Getting both stars back for Thursday’s matchup against the Charlotte Hornets could be the Bulls’ final push. The Bulls are currently trying to close the gap between themselves and the Pacers and Wizards for the tenth seed.
