The Chicago White Sox have three finalists in the 2021 All-Star Fan vote. Yasmani Grandal, Jose Abreu, and Yoan Moncada have all made the cut at their respective positions.
Jose Abreu, last season’s MVP, has had a cold June hitting a paltry .173 with only one home run and 7 RBI’s. He finished the initial balloting in third behind the Houston’s Yuli Gurriel and Toronto’s Vladimir Guerrero Jr. Moncada and Grandal also finished the initial round of voting in third place.
A look at the final vote totals shows quite the gap between the White Sox finalists and the front runners.
Luckily for the trio of White Sox potential All-Stars, the vote resets itself for the final round of voting that will begin on Monday June 28 at 11:00am CDT. Fans can place their votes for the All-Star starters here.
