The Chicago Bears received a drubbing at the mercy of the Buffalo Bills on Saturday. However, it seems the Bears have determined their starting quarterback for Week 1. During his postgame press conference, head coach Matt Nagy revealed that Andy Dalton will start for the Bears on September 12.
Although, Nagy’s logic behind starting Dalton doesn’t make a lick of sense.
Nevertheless, it might be for the best if the team waits to proclaim Justin Fields the starter. The Bears have a daunting opponent in Week 1 as they head down to Los Angeles on Sunday Night Football to take on the Los Angeles Rams.
Aaron Donald, Leonard Floyd, and Jalen Ramsey are a rookie QB’s worst nightmare.
