The Chicago Cubs wrap up their season series against the Milwaukee Brewers with a three-game set starting Friday in Milwaukee.

The Cubs (66-81, fourth in NL Central) have lost five of their past six after a series loss to the Philadelphia Phillies. Chicago took the opener 6-3 then fell 6-5 and 17-8 in Philadelphia. The Cubs are looking to play spoiler a bit against the Brewers (89-57, first in NL Central), who are primed to secure a postseason berth.

The Brewers got swept by the Detroit Tigers on the road, but enter their final regular season homestand with a postseason clincher on the mind. Milwaukee plays the Cubs, St. Louis Cardinals, and New York Mets to close out their home schedule. The Brewers finish the regular season in St. Louis and at the Los Angeles Dodgers. Milwaukee’s magic number for a postseason spot sits at four.

The Cubs are 3-13 against the Brewers this season, with only one win in Milwaukee.
