When will the madness stop?! Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports that Bulls forward Derrick Jones Jr. has entered the NBA’s healthy and safety protocols.

Jones Jr. joins Javonte Green, DeMar DeRozan, Coby White, and Matt Thomas in the protocol. Prior to this update, Jones Jr. had just entered the starting lineup due to the Bulls being shorthanded.

In 22 games this season, Derrick Jones Jr. has averaged 7.0 PPG, 3.5 RPG, 1 BPG. He has shot 58% from the field and 32% from downtown in 18.5 MPG.

This development marks yet another hit to the Bulls, who were just approved yesterday for the hardship exception. With the exception, the Bulls added Stanley Johnson, who spent time with the team in training camp and the preseason.
