After a grueling two weeks with numerous players landing on the COVID list, Bulls fans can finally rally around some good news. Coby White visited the practice facility Sunday for the first time since he was put in the NBA health and safety protocols.

The Bulls are now down to nine players on the active roster. While White is back at the facility, the Bulls will still need to build his conditioning back up. White has only appeared in nine games this year. He started the season on the injured list with a shoulder injury that occurred in the offseason. White hasn’t been consistent all year. While he has had some flashes, the former Tar Heel is only averaging 6.1 points per game, 2.6 rebounds per game, and 1.3 assists per game. He is shooting 34.9% from the field and 22.6% from three-point land.

The next two games are Tuesday and Thursday. With Zach LaVine and Troy Brown Jr. out as of this morning, fans are clamoring for the NBA to postpone the next few games for player safety. It isn’t fair that the Bulls will essentially be playing with a G League roster for at least the next two weeks.

Even in these dark days for the Bulls, Nikola Vucevic found a sense of humor.

If every Bulls member gets COVID-19, they should be clear for the rest of the season without any exits due to immunity. The league has seen sporadic positive tests, but the Bulls have gotten the worst of it.
