Wolves Captain Andrew Poturalski Named AHL Player of the Week

Chicago Wolves forward and captain Andrew Poturalski has been named AHL Player of the Week for the second time this season.

Have you ever heard of the term, “wash, rinse, repeat?” If so, then you’ll get that feeling reading this article. For the second time this season, Chicago Wolves captain Andrew Poturalski has been named AHL Player of the Week.

Poturalski tallied 10 points (three goals, seven assists) in just three games this past week. This is the second time this season Poturalski has earned the AHL Player of the Week honor. Last time, Poturalski tallied nine points (four goals, five assists) in three games.

After a successful sweep of the Texas Stars this weekend and nine straight wins, the Wolves are back in action on Thursday, December 16 at Allstate Arena. Puck drop is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. CST.
