It’s two coaches forward, one coach back as the Chicago Bulls get set to host their first playoff game in five years. Chris Fleming and Damian Cotter will return to the Bulls’ bench for Game 3 of their first-round playoff series against the Milwaukee Bucks tonight. Fleming and Cotter missed the first two games of the series after testing positive for COVID-19.
However, Billy Donovan’s staff will be short Maurice Cheeks due to a non-COVID-related illness.
The Bulls evened the series at a game apiece on the strength of DeMar DeRozan’s 41-point playoff career-high Wednesday.
Friday marks the team’s first home playoff game since April 21, 2017. The Bulls haven’t won a home playoff game since May 8, 2015, against the Cavaliers.
