MLB postponed Wednesday’s game between the Chicago White Sox and the Guardians due to multiple positive COVID-19 tests in the Cleveland clubhouse. They announced the game will now take place on July 23 as part of a doubleheader. Saturday’s make-up game will begin at 12:10 p.m. CT while game two will start at 6:15 p.m. CT.

White Sox Will Honor Tickets and Parking Passes

The most important note that Chicago White Sox fans should be made aware of is that all tickets and parking passes will carry over to the doubleheader. The parking lots will open around 10:00 a.m. CT with the gates at Guaranteed Rate Field set to open at 10:40 a.m.

Following the conclusion of game one, the stadium will be cleared, cleaned, and reopened at 4:40 p.m. for the second game of the day. The White Sox intend to keep the Yasmani Grandal bobblehead giveaway on the schedule for game two.

The first 20,000 fans, entering game two, will become the proud owners of the aforementioned bobblehead.
