The Chicago Bears lost a special defensive back when they released Kyle Fuller. It came as no surprise that Fuller then signed a one-year with the Denver Broncos, reuniting with former Bears defensive coordinator Vic Fangio. After his one season in Denver, Fuller agreed to terms on a one-year deal with the Baltimore Ravens.
Kyle Fuller’s History With The Chicago Bears
The Chicago Bears selected Kyle Fuller 14th overall in the first round of the 2014 NFL Draft. In his six healthy seasons with the Bears, Fuller never missed a game. He did miss the entire 2016 season though with an injury and the Bears placed him on injured reserve.
Fuller played in 96 games for the Bears and recorded 19 interceptions. He forced four fumbles and recorded 328 solo tackles. The NFL selected Fuller to two Pro Bowls in 2018 and 2019.
Following his release from the Chicago Bears, Fuller signed with the Denver Broncos and started ten games. The Broncos benched him mid-season and during a Thursday Night Football loss to the Cleveland Browns, Fuller didn’t play a single snap.
His tumultuous time in Denver was short. But now he returns home with the Baltimore Ravens agreeing to sign Kyle Fuller to a one-year deal.
