Blackhawks Announce Development Camp, Prospect Showcase Game Dates

With the Chicago Blackhawks amidst a full-scale rebuild, all eyes are on the future. On Monday, the team announced dates for this year’s Development Camp and Tom Kurvers Prospect Showcase.

2022 Blackhawks Development Camp

A mid-summer tradition, the Blackhawks will host Development Camp at Fifth Third Arena, the team’s practice facility. The on-ice sessions will take place from July 11-15.

Monday through Thursday will feature practices from approximately 10 AM to 12:45 PM. Hawks prospects will participate in a scrimmage on Friday, July 15 beginning at approximately 10 AM. All sessions are open to the public.

2022 Tom Kurvers Prospect Showcase

Leading up to preseason action, Chicago Blackhawks’ prospects will host the Minnesota Wild’s youngsters for a pair of games in the Tom Kurvers Prospect Showcase. Last year’s event took place in Minnesota, so the series shifts to Chicago in 2022.

The Central Divison foes will face off on Friday, Sept. 16 at 7 PM and Sunday, Sept. 18 at 1 PM at Fifth Third Arena.
