After a tough loss on Sunday to the Indiana Fever, the Chicago Sky look to bounce back Tuesday night against the No. 1 team in the Western Conference, the Las Vegas Aces.
The Aces have shown they are one of if not the best team in the WNBA this season. With a 13-2 record, Las Vegas is legit.
Tuesday’s matchup will be the second time these two teams have seen each other this season. The first meeting took place on May 28, a contest the Aces won 83-76.
The injury report for Chicago is clean, which means Candace Parker is back in the starting lineup. Parker has missed the last two games due to some knee trouble.
With Parker back in the lineup, the Sky will have less of a challenge taking on one of the league’s top offenses, especially considering how well the team played offensively during her absence.
Aside from Sunday’s loss, Kahleah Copper and the Sky have been turning it up offensively. Copper averaged 25.5 points over the weekend.
In what could possibly be a preview of the WNBA Finals, Tuesday night’s matchup will easily be the game of the week.
Tune in.
