The Chicago Bulls have added Akoldah Gak to their NBA Summer League roster. The 6-foot-11 forward recently played in the NBL for the Illawarra Hawks.

The 19-year-old tried out for a plethora of teams before the 2022 NBA Draft. Unfortunately for him, he went undrafted and now needs to find another channel to make his way into the NBA. His stats from the NBL will not jump out at you, but he did have a good showing in the FIBA U19 World Cup. He averaged 10.0 PPG, 6.9 RPG, and 1.4 BPG. He shot 52% from the field and 66% from three on three total shot attempts from deep.

This is the second announced signing for the Bulls’ Summer League team today. Earlier the team added Carlik Jones to help shape up their Summer League roster at the guard position. Gak possesses above-average defense, though his offensive game is a bit raw.
