Chicago Blackhawks’ GM Kyle Davidson just keeps wheeling and dealing at the 2022 NHL Draft. His latest trade will send this year’s No. 167 overall pick to the Pittsburgh Penguins in exchange for Liam Gorman.

Gorman is a 22-year-old center currently playing at Princeton University. The Penguins selected him No. 177 overall in the sixth round of the 2018 NHL Draft. He stands at 6-foot-3, weighs 196 lbs, and shoots left-handed.

Liam Gorman has endured a bit of an underwhelming collegiate career. He has recorded just six points in both of his active seasons at Princeton. The 2020-21 campaign was wiped out due to COVID-19, which surely did not help his development.

With the 2022 No. 167 overall pick acquired from the Chicago Blackhawks, the Penguins selected defenseman Nolan Collins.
