Chicago White Sox centerfielder Luis Robert exited Friday’s game against the Minnesota Twins after the first inning. Robert left with lightheadedness, per the team.

Luis Robert reached base on a walk in the top of the first inning and scored on an Andrew Vaughn RBI single. He came up a bit lame after sliding into home plate but took centerfield for the bottom half of the first.

Robert has been hot as of late, recording three consecutive three-hit games. He ignited the Sox offense with a grand slam in Thursday’s 12-2 blowout.

Adam Engel appeared in the on-deck circle in place of Robert during the top of the second. When the White Sox took the field for the bottom of the frame, Engel replaced Robert in center.

The Chicago White Sox say Luis Robert is day-to-day.
