The Chicago Bears will be without two of their top contributors Sunday against the New York Giants. Running back David Montgomery and cornerback Jaylon Johnson are both listed as out on the team's final Week 4 injury report.

Montgomery suffered an ankle/knee injury in Week 3 against the Texans and did not practice all week. Johnson, who missed the game against Houston due to a quad injury, also did not practice this week.

Elsewhere on the injury report, defensive back Dane Cruikshank is out due to a hamstring issue. OLB Matt Adams (hamstring) and tight end Ryan Griffin (Achilles) are doubtful.

Additionally, the Bears listed four players as questionable for Week 4:

Finally, the Chicago Bears did not specify Roquan Smith's status. Coming off a stellar Week 3 performance, the star linebacker has been dealing with a quad issue. Smith was a limited participant Wednesday and Thursday but practiced in full Friday.
