Bears Sign Jaquan Brisker to Rookie Deal; Entire Draft Class Under Contract
The Chicago Bears stirred up some news late on Monday night. According to Dan Wiederer of the Chicago Tribune, the Bears and rookie safety Jaquan Brisker are finalizing a four-year deal. As a result, the team expects Brisker to report to training camp on Tuesday.
Brisker and the Bears were previously at a stalemate regarding his rookie contract, which resulted in a short-lived holdout. Ryan Poles selected Jaquan Brisker 48th overall in the 2022 NFL Draft.
Now that Brisker is reportedly his rookie deal, that means the Bears finally have their entire 2022 draft class under contract.
