According to a number of sources, the Bears heading to Arlington Heights is still on the table. However, the likeliness of it happening is slim.

Tuesday marks the proposal deadline for bidders bidding on the former horse racing track. That said, there are only "a few" offers on the land, some of which are intending to preserve horse racing in the Chicagoland area.

According to Arlington Heights Mayor Tom Hayes, "the Bears have not told [them] it's not a possibility". However, in order to move per reports, the team would either have to be sold or Virginia McCaskey would have to pass away for a seismic change such as moving the Bears out of Soldier Field to happen. The Bears seem to be holding firm on keeping football at Solider Field on the lakefront.
