It appears the Chicago Bears' already shorthanded wide receiver room may become a bit lighter. Bears wide receiver Byron Pringle was seen in a walking boot after their victory over the Houston Texans.

Pringle had one reception for 11 yards in today's game. It was only his second reception of the season, but the Bears can't afford to lose any sort of talent in their wide receiver room.

Both Pringle and David Montgomery left the game in the first quarter, leaving the Bears' offense thin. There hasn't been an official diagnosis yet, but a walking boot doesn't inspire confidence.

If Byron Pringle does miss a significant amount of time, they may need to make a move on a trade that the Bears have already been rumored to be in the market for.
