The Chicago Bears continue to adjust their roster today and have added a running back. After the news broke that they are going to cut Tarik Cohen, the Bears claimed Darrynton Evans off waivers.

Who is Darrynton Evans?

Darrynton Evans is a running back who spent the last two years with the Tennessee Titans. He's 5-foot-11 and weighs about 200 lbs. Evans played his college football at Appalachian State. In three seasons with the Mountaineers, he took 482 rushing attempts for over 2,800 yards and 25 touchdowns. Of those 25 scores, 18 of them came in 2019 alone. Evans also caught 39 passes for 319 yards and six scores.

The Tennessee Titans drafted him 93rd overall in the third round of the 2020 NFL Draft. In two seasons with the Titans, Evans only played in six games.
