After a week of uncertainty, the Chicago Bears enter Week 17 with a few positive injury updates. Notably, wide receiver Chase Claypool is not among the team's inactives, meaning he will return from a two-game absence due to a knee injury.

Like Chase Claypool, WR Dante Pettis was questionable on the Bears' final Week 17 injury report. Both will suit up against the Lions, providing a few extra targets for Justin Fields to work with.

The Bears' inactives list consists of QB Tim Boyle, RB Darrynton Evans, and linemen Ja'Tyre Carter and Alex Leatherwood on offense. On defense, DBs Breon Borders and Michael Ojemudia, and LB Sterling Weatherford will not suit up.
