The Chicago Bears are limping to the finish line of the 2022 season. Earlier on Wednesday, Matt Eberflus announced that Justin Fields will miss the season finale due to a hip strain. Hours later, the Bears placed offensive linemen Teven Jenkins and Michael Schofield and defensive back Josh Blackwell on injured reserve.

Jenkins and Schofield both suffered injuries in the Bears' Week 17 loss to the Detroit Lions.

Just two weeks after being carted off due to a neck injury, Teven Jenkins reaggravated it and exited the game early. Michael Schofield filled in for Jenkins but suffered a knee injury in the second quarter.
